SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship across length and breadth of India.

  • Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Shipping Costs: Currently we charge a flat shipping of ₹50/- however we offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹999/- 

  • Shipping Carriers: We are partners with shiprocket to deliver your orders.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website.  

  • Delivery Issues: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact our customer support at blends4wellness@gmail.com

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 7days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact our customer support at blends4wellness@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

    2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

    3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow  5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at blends4wellness@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: please note that all opened personal care items like soaps, bath salts are non-returnable.
